I am a full time professional REALTOR®. I take tremendous pride in providing personal attention to the needs of my clients. My clients work with me personally and not an assistant. I guarantee my clients service-based integrity, technical knowledge and a genuine ear to what they are saying. I emphasize to my clients that I want them to be totally happy and pleased with the neighborhood, the street, and the exterior before we enter a home. I want my clients to look forward to going home at the end of a day. With me, you will have absolutely zero pressure to buy or sell a home.
I am thoroughly familiar with the Austin and surrounding area markets. I work with new home construction equally as much as resale homes. I also specialize in finding land, lots and providing clients with assistance in building a new home.
I grew up in West Texas in the Amarillo area and graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have traveled the world and retired as a colonel from the United States Air Force in August of 1991.

I feel that few agents have more understanding and determination in the area of finding lots and land. I keep an extensive file on lots available in all areas of the Austin community. Should you need assistance in "walking" a lot, I can arrange for an experienced builder to provide free recommendations and suggestions that can save you money, guidance on house placement, and advise as to how to obtain the best view on a particular lot. Should you need advise on a lot that you already own, assistance can also be provided.
